Chris is a guitarist and music teacher from Boston, Massachusetts. Chris also plays pedal steel guitar, drums, bass, ukulele and piano. Chris graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2019. He loves to help young people find the joy and freedom that he has found through music! Born in Boston and raised in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Chris has been around the Metrowest area his whole life. His father, Bruce, is a professional saxophonist and retired Berklee College of Music professor. From a very young age he would let Chris watch as he instructed the ensembles at the college. Chris has an excellent sense of the roles of the different instruments in a band and the way that they all fit together from seeing this all throughout his childhood. A band is a team and the best teams find ways to lift each other up. In doing so, the whole group is lifted. Playing music this way is a ritual of joy and Chris is so happy when he can help someone see it that way and become a part of it! It’s truly amazing what we can do when we work together!
